What Is the Future of Work?

As of now, it looks like the future is remote work. In a recent Gartner survey of CFOs and finance leaders, 74% say they plan to shift at least 5% of their employees to permanent remote work post-COVID-19. And almost one-fourth of respondents say they’ll move 20% or more of employees to remote positions.

Another survey found that 43% of employers will continue with virtual work whenever possible. All in all, most organizations anticipate that the number of employees working from home will significantly increase after the pandemic is over.
