FlexJobs has released its annual list of the top 100 employers that offer remote work. These are the employers that had the most remote job postings on our site during 2019.

The FlexJobs Top 100 list highlights companies that are dedicated to remote work, and for many job seekers, that’s a company they want to work for.

Since 2013, we’ve been polling FlexJobs members to find out what they want most from a job. And it comes as no surprise (to us, anyway) that in 2019, a flexible job was the number one thing job seekers (and current employees) want from a job.

And consider this: in the same poll we found that 80% of employees would be more loyal to their employer if they had a flexible job.

In 2016, it cost approximately $4,129 to recruit a new employee, and it took about 42 days to fill an open position. And, in 2017, companies spent, on average, $1,866 per employee on training (annually). On top of that, for every new hire that comes on board, it takes almost five months before an employee is fully productive.
