Based in Aurora, Colorado, 2040 Partners for Health organizes and facilitates health discussions, research, programs, and other community actions with the intention of advancing the long term health and healthcare of residents. Established in 2006, 2040 Partners for Health is made possible through partnerships with the University of Colorado Anshutz Medical Campus, the Stapleton Foundation, and communities in the Northeast Denver Metro Area, which include East Montclair, Park Hill, Northeast Park Hill, Northwest Aurora, and Stapleton. Funding for 2040 Partners for Health is produced by Healthy People 2020, The Denver Foundation, SlimGenics, the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office of Minority Health, COPIC, and The Colorado Health Foundation.
