21 Progress is a Seattle, Washington social justice nonprofit organization committed to building a 21st century movement for equity and justice. Programs offered by 21 Progress inspire emerging leaders, particularly young adults and immigrants to "claim their place in building a more just society and reaching their American dream." These programs help develop leaders through civic engagement, arts and culture, and education. Seattle2Selma is one of 21 Progress' programs that provides experiential and intensive leadership development opportunities for high school and college students interested in making positive change. Another program offered by 21 Progress includes FAIR! - Fearless Asians for Immigration Reform. This program provides a safe place for undocumented Pacific Islander and Asian people to join forces for positive change for their families and communities. As an employer, 21 Progress is interested in employment candidates who have a positive attitudes and who desire to work as a member of a collaborative team. This organizaton is interested in employment candidates who can work with diverse populations and who have strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. In the past, 21 Progress has supported work flexibility by providing part-time jobs.
