EarthShare is a national network of organizations that support environmental causes through employee engagement and workplace giving. The nonprofit association was founded in 1988 by leading conservationists and environmental organizations. EarthShare maintains a coast-to-coast presence with chapters in at least 16 states, and headquarters in Bethesda, Maryland.
 
EarthShare partners with businesses and corporations to offer convenient workplace programs for organized giving, fundraising, and volunteerism. The organization and its affiliated chapters collect and channel funds to a carefully selected group of over 100 environmental charities. EarthShare supports nonprofits that protect and promote the natural world at the local, national, and global levels. All of its member charities meet strict eligibility criteria, and are held to high standards of professionalism and ethical operations. A few of the environmental nonprofits supported by EarthShare include the Nature Conservancy, the World Wildlife Fund, the Arbor Day Foundation, and the National Forest Foundation.
