East Side Neighborhood Services has been providing a variety of programs and services to those in need since 1915. Located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, East Side Neighborhood Services helps more than 12,500 individuals throughout the communities located in the Northeast and Southeast part of the state.

The mission of East Side Neighborhood Services is to strengthen families, help individuals lead healthy lives, and build stronger communities. The programs and services offered by East Side Neighborhood Services are meant to meet the basic needs and are categorized as youth empowerment, family and community support, food stability, senior community and income stability. In addition to their main office, East Side Neighborhood Services has four other community outreach locations that consist of a community center, thrift store, food pantry and a friendship center. The organization is also a member of the MACC Alliance of Connected Communities, Charities Review Council Standards, the United Way, and United Neighborhoods Centers.
