Face to Face was founded in 1972 as a phone in crisis center for youth needing assistance. Over the years Face to Face has evolved to provide a range of long term and crisis services to youth ages eleven to twenty three. The non-profit organization, Face to Face, is located in Saint Paul, Minnesota serving and assisting over 3,400 youth on an annual basis. Dedicated to helping youth overcome barriers while supporting an independent future, Face to Face provides services for healthcare, counseling, as well as homelessness. Face to Face additionally assists youth with job skills, clothing, and food. As an employer, Face to Face has offered employment opportunities in the form of part time and flexible scheduled positions.
