FairShare CSA Coalition is a community-supported agriculture (CSA) organization connecting consumers across the Midwest to small-scale farms that provide locally-produced organic food. In past hiring, the nonprofit has posted hybrid remote jobs for qualified professionals in the nonprofit & philanthropy and administrative career fields. The coalition looks to hire people who are committed to a “vibrant, just, and healthy food system” that strengthens bonds between farms and communities while ensuring that farmers receive a fair price for their goods and produces. As eligible, employees of FairShare CSA Coalition are offered pay commensurate with background and experience and a collegial, flexible work environment.

All FairShare-endorsed and -affiliated farms offer food that is certified organic (or in transition) and also strive to offer the best in customer service. FairShare additionally supports farmers by offering education, training, marketing guidance, and other resources that support small-scale, sustainable farming.
