Foster Success is a nonprofit organization whose focus is providing support and assistance to young people who are aging out of the foster care system. The organization’s goal is to ensure that youth transitioning out of foster care are housed, educated, and financially stable, as well as connected to a support system, by the age of 26. Foster Success has posted full-time jobs offering partial remote flexibility for Indiana residents in the business development, nonprofit & philanthropy, and project management career categories. The organization has a stated policy that all employees work a flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends as needed, to help meet the ongoing goals of supporting those moving out of foster care and into self-sufficiency.

The only statewide, nonprofit organization in Indiana devoted to teens and young adults moving out of foster care, Foster Success has helped more than 24,000 youth through its programs and partnerships. Working to make sure that former foster care youth are on a path to lifelong success, the organization works to “empower foster youth to be thriving adults.” Established in 2008, the organization was formerly known as Indiana Connected by 25.
