Recognizing that caring for a pet can be a costly proposition, for which many people have not adequately planned, Scratchpay makes it easy to get help when faced with an unexpected veterinary bill. The company partners with clinics to offer its services, and pet parents can simply choose a clinic, apply for a payment plan via desktop or mobile device, check their rate, and pick their plan.
