The Process

“I created an account with FlexJobs just two months ago. I was a bit skeptical at first; however, fairly immediately I was contacted with several interviews with many different companies. I have been looking for a flexible opportunity and FlexJobs was a great source. I did not have to search various job boards, instead I found opportunities advertised in one place, which was a huge convenience and time-saver in my search. I also was pleasantly surprised to not see opportunities that turned out to be scams. The opportunities posted were legitimate companies that had been well researched for legitimacy. I was offered a full-time virtual opportunity within two months of subscribing to the site. I have and will continue to recommend FlexJobs to applicants and employers.”

“As a side note: I was also contacted by FlexJobs for an opportunity internally. After going through the evaluation process, I did receive notification that my candidacy was not going to be considered. I was, however, kept informed through the process, which is something recruiters just are not taking the time to do. I was impressed that the company took the time to let me know where I stood in the process after I had taken the necessary steps as requested to continue through the process. Although I was not ultimately offered the position, I commend the company for the positive candidate experience in regard to follow-up with candidates. Thanks again!”
