HealthSET is a nonprofit faith-based organization that strives to give aid to the low-income senior citizens of the Denver, Colorado metro area. HealthSET was founded in 1988 by the Wheaton Franciscan Sisters and it is affiliated with Catholic Health Initiatives, which is a healthcare organization with locations in 19 states. The programs offered by HealthSET include health promotion clinics, nurse case management, wellness assessments, ongoing health monitoring, crisis and life transition assistance, and health care provider collaboration. As an organization, HealthSET is sponsored by Centura Health and in the past it has offered part-time jobs.
