The Division of Child Support Services is part of the Georgia Department of Human Services. Its main goal is to encourage parental responsibility by enforcing the paying of required financial support. The Division provides its services for all families in Georgia, including locating noncustodial parents, determining paternity, enforcing child support and medical support orders, and collecting and distributing payments.
