Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Los Angeles (BBBSLA) is a chapter of the national Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, providing children who face adversity with strong, enduring, and professionally supported, one-on-one mentoring relationships. Adult mentors, or Bigs, partner with children, or Littles, to help them improve in school, achieve higher self-esteem and aspirations, and avoid risky and delinquent behaviors. As an employer, BBBSLA has needed new team members to join its mission in areas like nonprofit & philanthropy, administrative, and computer & IT.
