Big Brothers Big Sisters of Long Island (BBBSLI) is a nonprofit organization on a mission to develop and support one-on-one mentorships that "ignite the power and promise of youth." A regional chapter of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, the organization has been supporting and guiding Long Island's youth since 1977 and sometimes needs to grow its team of passionate, mission-driven staff and volunteers with qualified professionals in a range of fields. In the past, BBBSLI has posted part-time and alternative schedule jobs in nonprofit & philanthropy and customer service to support work flexibility.
